Cam has been a part of the West Coast Early Learning Centre team since 2023, working at the East Kensington location in both the Outdoor Preschool and the Before and After School Care programs.

She is currently completing her Early Childhood Education Certificate and holds a Sociology degree from UBC, where she developed an interest in how environments, relationships, and community shape early experiences. This perspective influences her approach, seeing messy, muddy, loud, and busy play as one of the most meaningful ways children learn.

Cam is passionate about WCELC’s outdoor, play-based program and loves witnessing children take risks, solve problems, and build confidence. She strives to support each child in becoming an independent thinker, guided by curiosity, resilience, and joy.
